The short version

  • We collect the information we need to take your order, get it to you, keep your account, and answer your questions.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number with anyone for their own marketing.
  • We share your information with the service providers who help us run the store (payments, shipping, email, text messaging, hosting) and — because many pieces are fulfilled by our suppliers — with the supplier who ships your specific item.
  • We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics pixels on our storefront.

Information we collect

When you place an order: your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number; the items you bought; and order notes you add. Your payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe) and are not stored on our servers.

When you create an account: your email address (your account identity, which we verify), your saved billing and shipping addresses, your billing phone number, and your order history. For security we also record, per sign-in session, the IP address and device/browser used, and we keep an authentication event log (sign-ins, sign-outs, password resets, email verification, and similar events with the associated email and IP address) to protect your account against fraud and unauthorized access.

When you opt in to text messages: your mobile phone number and a consent record. Our SMS system keeps an append-only record of each opt-in — the exact consent wording you saw, where and when you opted in, and related context such as your IP address and order number — so we can prove your consent and honor your choices. (See "Text messaging" below.)

When you contact us: the content of your message and the contact details you provide.

Automatically: your IP address and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the site (for example, to keep your cart and your signed-in session working, and to protect against abuse).

How we use your information

  • Process, fulfill, and deliver your orders.
  • Verify your identity for payment authorization and protect against fraud.
  • Contact you about your order status, including shipping and tracking updates by email and (if you opted in) text.
  • Maintain your account, verify your email, and let you manage addresses and view order history.
  • Provide customer support and answer your questions.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the website.

Who we share it with (our service providers)

We share personal information only with the providers who help us run the store, and only as needed to perform their service:

ProviderPurposeWhat they receive
StripePayment processing (cards; and Apple Pay / Google Pay / Amazon Pay wallets)Payment and billing details you enter at checkout
PayPalPayment processing (available at launch)The order amount and details needed to complete a PayPal payment
Our suppliers (dropship fulfillment)Packing and shipping your specific itemYour shipping name and address, and — where needed to fulfill — your email, phone, and order notes
ShippoShipping labels and package tracking (when in use)Your shipping name, address, email, and phone
Twilio (our SMS provider)Delivering the text messages you asked forYour mobile number and the message content
Zoho / ZeptoMailSending our transactional email (order, shipping, account, and support email)Your email address and message content
CloudflareContent delivery, image hosting, and security in front of our siteTechnical request data (e.g. IP address) needed to serve and protect the site

Because your item may be fulfilled by one of several suppliers, a single order can be handled by more than one supplier and ship in more than one package. We share your details with a supplier only to fulfill your order, not for their marketing.

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose personal information outside these providers only when required by law or in a good-faith belief that doing so is necessary to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect our rights, property, or safety.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in, we send text messages through our SMS provider. There are two separate programs, and consent to one is never consent to the other:

  • Order & inquiry updates (transactional): order confirmations, shipping/tracking updates, back-in-stock alerts, and replies to questions you send us.
  • Promotions (marketing): sales, new arrivals, and offers — only if you give separate, express consent for marketing texts.

For every program: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, consent is not a condition of any purchase, and we never sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP — or by any other reasonable method that tells us to stop, such as "unsubscribe," "cancel," "end," or "quit." We do not require any one specific word, and we honor opt-out requests within 10 business days. Reply HELP for help. Marketing texts are sent only during permitted hours (roughly 8 a.m.–9 p.m. your local time); order and shipping updates you asked for may arrive at any time. We keep a record of your consent (and of any opt-out) as our legal record. See our Terms & Conditions for the full SMS program terms.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of strictly necessary, first-party cookies to make the store work. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics/tracking cookies on our storefront, so we do not display a cookie-consent banner. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this policy and provide any consent controls the law then requires.

CookiePurposeType / lifetime
Cart token (wc_cart_token)Remembers the items in your cartFirst-party, secure, HTTP-only; up to 30 days
Session (__Host-cj_session)Keeps you signed in to your accountFirst-party, secure, HTTP-only; up to 30 days

We also store a small display preference (light/dark mode) in your browser's local storage; it is not a cookie and is never sent to us. Our web fonts are served from our own site — no external font-provider request is made from your browser.

Your choices and rights

  • Access and update: you can sign in to your account to view and update your addresses and see your order history, or email us to request a change or deletion of your personal information.
  • Email marketing: if you receive marketing emails, you can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any marketing email.
  • Text marketing: reply STOP (or any reasonable opt-out) to any message.

State privacy laws. We serve U.S. customers. Based on our size, we are not currently subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) — we meet none of its thresholds — so a full California-specific rights section is not required today. We will reassess this annually and update the policy if our revenue or California customer volume grows into a threshold. Regardless of size, we honor the access, update, and deletion choices described above, and we keep this policy truthful about what we actually do.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the store, fulfill and support your orders, maintain your account, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We do not keep it longer than we need for those purposes. Account sessions expire automatically (absolute limit 30 days; idle limit 7 days). Our SMS consent records and account security/audit logs are kept as our legal record for as long as needed to prove consent and protect accounts, and for any period the law requires.

How we protect your information

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for information sent between your browser and our store, and our site sits behind a security/CDN layer. Payment card data is handled by our payment processor and is not stored on our servers. Account passwords and session tokens are stored only as cryptographic hashes, and changing your password signs out all of your other sessions. Only the parties responsible for processing your order have access to the details needed to fulfill it.

If a breach occurs. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Florida law (Fla. Stat. §501.171), and we will notify the Florida Attorney General and the national consumer reporting agencies where the law requires.

Fraudulent-charge protection

Federal law (the Fair Credit Billing Act) already limits your liability for unauthorized credit-card charges to $50, and most card issuers waive even that with zero-liability protection. If you are ever charged up to that $50 in unauthorized fees from a purchase on our secure checkout, we will cover it — though in practice your card's zero-liability protection usually means there is nothing to cover.

Children

Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here with a new date.
